Army truck targeted by terrorists in Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir

  • Terrorists targeted an army truck in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, firing on the vehicle carrying army soldiers
  • Following intelligence information, a joint operation was launched in the Dera area of Surankote. The encounter between security forces and terrorists is still underway
  • Officials have stated that, as of now, there are no reports of casualties in the attack. Additional forces have been deployed to the area, and further details are awaited

In a concerning development, terrorists launched an attack on an army truck in the Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. The incident occurred on Thursday, December 21, when terrorists opened fire on the truck, which was transporting army soldiers.

The attack has been confirmed by officials, and the encounter is still ongoing in the Dera area of Surankote, Poonch, where a joint operation was initiated based on intelligence information.
